If you are not satisfied with the quality of your cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.
As our services are time-based and provided on the day of your appointment, we generally do not offer refunds. Instead, we offer a free re-clean as outlined above.
In special circumstances, partial or full refunds may be issued at our sole discretion, depending on the situation and after investigating the issue.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled time without any fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.
If our cleaning team arrives at your location and cannot access your home or you are not present as scheduled, a no-show fee of up to 50% of the service cost may apply.
